Our Mission
Job searching in modern software engineering is broken. Hundreds of company career pages use disparate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) that post openings silently without syndicating to traditional job boards until days later.
FindMyRole AI was created to automate this discovery process. We develop intelligent cloud scrapers and webhook monitors that periodically index public company career endpoints, deduplicate roles, and dispatch cleanly formatted notifications so developers can focus on building skills rather than endlessly refreshing browser tabs.
How the Technology Works
Automated API Polling
Our scrapers query over 200+ public company endpoints across Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday every 10 minutes.
Deduplication & Filter
We parse job titles, strip recruiter reposts, filter out spam or expired links, and tag target experience brackets.
Daily Curated Digest
Every evening at the end of the day, clean, direct application links are dispatched to our subscriber community via email.
