We only collect the minimal personal information necessary to deliver software access and notification feeds:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided when logging in via Google Sign-In or email/password.
  • Notification Preferences: Your delivery schedule and verified university email address.
  • Billing & Transaction Identifiers: Cashfree order IDs, payment IDs, dates of purchase, and subscription expiry timestamps.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect or Store

Payment Card & Banking Security:

We NEVER collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, debit card details, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs. All payment transactions are handled directly through Cashfree Payments’ PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway via 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.

3. How We Use Your Information

We utilize collected information solely for legitimate operational purposes:

  • To dispatch daily curated engineering role digests to your registered university email address.
  • To authenticate your session and manage your member dashboard access.
  • To process subscription renewals and send account verification notices.
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries or billing questions.

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data to any third-party advertisers or recruitment agencies.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted enterprise infrastructure providers to operate the Service:

  • Payment Aggregation: Cashfree Payments India Private Limited (PCI-DSS compliant payment processing).
  • Authentication: Clerk, Inc. (Secure single sign-on, identity verification, and session management).
  • Database & Storage: Cloud Firestore & database infrastructure (User subscription records and notification preferences).
  • Email Dispatch: Secure SMTP relay for transmitting daily notification digests.
  • Hosting: Cloud infrastructure protected by HTTPS/TLS encryption.

5. Data Retention and Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Account records are retained for the duration of your active subscription and as necessary to comply with Indian tax and financial accounting requirements.

6. Your Rights & Preferences

You have the right to:

  • Review your delivery schedule and account details from your member portal dashboard at any time.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing support.
