FindMyRole AI provides 100% intangible, digital software and cloud-delivered notification services. There are no physical products shipped and no physical courier deliveries involved.
1. Method of Delivery
Upon successful payment verification by our payment gateway partners (Cashfree / UPI / Cards), your software subscription is activated immediately through our automated cloud backend:
- Member Portal Access: Your account status is instantly updated to Active, unlocking your web dashboard.
- Automated Email Notification: A payment receipt and subscription confirmation email containing account details is dispatched within minutes to your registered email address.
- Notification Digest Scheduling: Your verified university email address is automatically queued into our daily evening digest dispatch engine.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Digital fulfillment is typically completed in real time (less than 60 seconds) following payment capture. In rare cases of high network latency or banking verification delays, digital access provisioning will be completed within a maximum of 2 hours.
3. Shipping Fees
Because all services are delivered electronically via cloud infrastructure, there are zero shipping, handling, or delivery charges associated with any purchase on FindMyRole AI.
4. Troubleshooting & Non-Receipt
If you have successfully made a payment but your subscription status has not updated or you have not received your confirmation email within 15 minutes, please perform the following:
- Verify your email spam or promotions folder for messages from FindMyRole AI.
- Refresh your member dashboard at Member Portal while logged into your registered Google / Email account.
- Contact our support team immediately at applymata@gmail.com with your Cashfree Order / Payment ID, and our team will resolve your access manually.
