1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or subscribing to FindMyRole AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or subscribe to the Service.

2. Description of the Service (SaaS Platform)

FindMyRole AI provides automated software tools that monitor and aggregate publicly accessible Application Tracking System (ATS) career feeds (including but not limited to public APIs and listings from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday). The Service organizes and formats this publicly available data and transmits curated notification digests to users via email and optional Telegram bot integrations.

FindMyRole AI operates strictly as a data intelligence and notification productivity tool for software engineers and technology professionals.

3. No Employment or Placement Agency Guarantee

You acknowledge and expressly agree that:

• FindMyRole AI does not endorse, represent, or have any affiliation with the hiring companies featured in public listings.
• We do not act as an employer, hiring agent, recruiter, or placement agency.
• Subscription to FindMyRole AI does NOT guarantee interviews, job placements, responses from recruiters, or employment offers.
• All applications are submitted directly by you on third-party company websites, subject to each company’s own terms and hiring criteria.

4. User Accounts and Access

To use the Service, you may register using Google Authentication or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing & Payments

FindMyRole AI offers prepaid monthly software subscription access (e.g., ₹499 for 30 days access).

• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely through certified third-party payment aggregators, including Cashfree Payments. We do not store, view, or process your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or UPI PINs.
• No Hidden Lock-In: Standard subscriptions are prepaid for the specified duration and do not automatically charge your account without your explicit authorization.
• Taxes: Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation terms are outlined in our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy. Due to the digital nature of instant access feeds, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once active, except in cases of verified technical delivery failure or duplicate billing. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All proprietary code, algorithms, website design, graphics, and documentation of FindMyRole AI are the intellectual property of FindMyRole AI. All company names, logos, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday), and trademarks mentioned on the platform are the property of their respective trademark holders. Mention of these names does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure that aggregated data is fresh and accurate, FindMyRole AI is not responsible for expired job links, hiring freezes, third-party ATS outages, or inaccurate job descriptions published by third-party employers.

In no event shall FindMyRole AI, its founders, or operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh / New Delhi, India.
